Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern class registrations, bespoke orders, and purchases made with Nizmah's Parure ("the studio", "we", "us"). By registering for a class, submitting a bespoke inquiry, or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms below.

1. Class Registration & Payment

A class spot is only confirmed once we've verified your evidence of payment. Until then, your registration is held as pending — it does not guarantee your place, and a session can still fill up while your payment is being checked.

Some classes are priced per session (you choose and pay for one date) and others per program (one payment covers every session in that series). The pricing model and what it includes are shown on each class listing before you register.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Full details are set out in our Refund Policy. In short: class registrations are eligible for a full refund or batch transfer as long as the first session of the class has not been marked as completed (and up to 1 hour before class begins). Once the first session has taken place, payments are non-refundable.

3. Class Conduct & Safety

Our classes are hands-on and involve small components and tools (beads, wires, clasps, cutters, and similar). By attending, you agree to follow the instructor's safety guidance and to supervise any minor attending with you. The studio is not liable for minor injuries arising from the normal, guided use of class tools and materials, or for loss or damage to personal items brought to a session.

4. Materials Sold Separately

Where materials are not included in your class price, you may purchase them separately from the studio. See our Refund Policy for how pickup, delivery, and any damage claims are handled.

5. Pricing

All prices are fixed and displayed in Naira (₦) at the time of booking. We do not offer rentals — all class materials and studio pieces are for purchase or class-use only.

6. Bespoke Orders

A bespoke inquiry is a request to begin a conversation about a custom piece, not a confirmed order — pricing, timelines, and materials are agreed with you directly before any deposit is taken.

7. Changes to a Scheduled Class

Occasionally we may need to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a session (for example due to low enrollment or instructor availability). If we do, we'll contact you using the phone number, WhatsApp, or email you registered with, and offer a reschedule or a full refund for that session.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
