This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Nizmah's Parure ("the studio", "we", "us") collects when you register for a class, submit a bespoke inquiry, or otherwise contact us, and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

• Your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, and email address (where given)
• Evidence of payment you upload when registering for a class (an image or PDF)
• Bespoke order details you share with us — piece type, occasion, color/style preferences, and any reference images you provide
• Notes we keep internally about your bookings and orders

2. How We Use It

We use this information to confirm class registrations, verify payment, contact you about a booking or bespoke order, and keep basic records of your history with the studio (e.g. which classes you've attended). We do not use your information for anything beyond running the studio and communicating with you about it.

3. Where It's Stored

Your information is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and, for uploaded images and files, in Cloudinary — both established infrastructure providers with their own security practices. We do not store payment card details ourselves; payment evidence is simply the proof you upload for us to verify manually.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. It is only shared with the service providers above, to the extent needed to store it securely and run the studio's systems — never with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to maintain a record of your bookings and orders, or as required for our own business and legal record-keeping.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. We'll action reasonable requests as quickly as we can.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
